This rugged RJ45 Cat6 connector is a 8 position, 8 conductor plug. It's typically terminated on 8 conductor stranded or solid round cable. It is made of flexible PCM material. The tab can be bent over 2000 times without breaking in comparison to 50 times on a regular RJ45 plug.
